Texas-based vegan restaurant chain PROJECT POLLO is unveiling their all new, all vegan BIRDY BURGER. Not only am I setting up my Vegan Meathead booth at this event, I am also competing in the vegan burger eating contest. Project Pollo is also giving away 1000 BURGERS to attendees!!! 1000!!!!
